3 cups Low-Fat Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
1 Cup Pure Pumpkin
1 tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of Nutmeg
3 TBSP sugar-free caramel topping
1 Cup Skim Milk
SOOOOOO tasty! Really. Yummy.
It comes out to be about 220 calories for a 1 Cup serving. This recipe makes 4 cups once it's all blended together. This will definitely be made again in the coming months of pumpkin goodness. Yum!
