Sebastian in Action

The last practice of the month is the practice that parents are allowed to stay and watch. Last night was Sebastian's last practice, so I recorded a few of the things they were working on. My favorite to watch him do, by far, is rings. He has done such a great job cleaning things up, working on his technique and wanting to learn to do things right. His hard work is really starting to pay off!



(After his dismount, before he re-chalks and gets back up, he and his coach were making up a secret handshake for when he's a rock star. I thought that was pretty great that his coach took the time to encourage him like that.)
