Two layouts of Isaac to share with you today.

These photos were taken on Isaac's zoo field trip at the end of his 1st grade year.
Journaling: Isaac's 1st grade animal report was on Bald Eagles, so we had to be sure to visit the eagle exhibit on his zoo field trip. He really enjoyed researching & learning new facts for his report, & it was even more special for him to see the beautiful bird up close in person.
Second layout is full of BYOC goodies from The Lily Pad. These pictures were taken the other day when the kids were playing in the sprinklers. Got some good action shots! :)
Journaling: Always involved in a life-or-death battle, always fighting the bad guys, always saving the day. Isaac's mind works like a strategic machine, plotting and planning the next move or attack. To him, play time is more than just play. It is serious business. For if it doesn't go the way he imagines, the fate of the world as we know it - or as he knows it - could be at stake. On this day, I am pretty sure he was fighting evil alien bad guys who were trying to take over the earth. Thankfully he had his trusty sword, and he was on his A-game as far as battle strategy and fighting moves go. In the end, he overcame the enemy, and the world was, once again, as it should be.
